BEAM SETUP:
Build works like your usual arcanist logic, 3 crux and beam. I've put scholarship on backbar because soul trap has low cd and barswapping just for that is tiring. 900 pen is not needed as much since we almost hit the cap (major breach in spammable), especially in group content.
Heals and self buffs are on back bar as well as blockade. Spend as little time as possible to not lose too much ultimate due to monomyth. Otherwise insane ulti generation, shooting star is almost overkill at this point.
Don't forget to soulburst every 10 seconds for major prophecy and savagery, sip the free magicka and stamina from leeching strikes whenever you feel like it. (You'll get 6000 total health regen with leeching at the cost of 1 gcd compared to siphoning strikes)
Also, the reason behind physical damage on soulburst is sundered probably wont proc from that in trash fights; so I chose the best looking stamina option to relieve magicka pool. If it does proc, free 3k pen on probably adds that no one will bother to give minor breach. Having camo hunter on frontbar and moving necrotic potency to backbar while dropping shrewd offering (burst heal) would give better minor breach uptime for soloing dungeons but nahhh…
Last but not least, be wary while using beckoning armor for harder content. If you run before your tank and get aggroed, you'll pull and taunt ranged enemies that may oneshot you. It's amazing when archers focus you with snipe, they get pulled to aoe and interrupted from range, for free.
Shattering soul is only for the fun times, languid eye is probably better dps than shooting star but who cares; this is an all-rounder fun build, not a meta dps build. Enjoy spending your soul gems (finally) and filling those useless empty gems.
VAMPIRE SETUP:
This one's pure vampiric fun, still viable in 4 people non-hm content. It's not fully optimized as DPS for roleplaying reasons like; Elemental drain for sustain and applying major breach without aggroing from +10 meters far (DPS-wise, ele-sus is better).
Degeneration for major brutality and sorcery, nice dot. Soul splitting trap for set passives and further increasing dot damage.
Arterial burst spammable and ruinous scythe as aoe semi-spammable because of vampiric reasons, bleed and off-balance.
Blood mist for pure fun and heal over time, swarming scion instead of meteor (literally vampire lord) and exhilarating drain for heal, vampirism and ult gen. Soul harvest boosts the ult gen and assassination passives. Merciless resolve is for passives and burst heal.
