Please note: My parse is bad and the setup is able to hit 150k+ 

Build Premise

The build functions by increasing the damage of Fate-carver (beam) as much as possible. Since u46 Beam (and Null Arca) is now considered “direct damage” and Tideborn + Maelstrom + Shocking Banner 2h take help us take advantage of this for a total of 30% increased direct damage. 

Relentless Focus, Camo Hunter and Banner are all passive skills that buff damage, making the rotation and gameplay incredibly easy; The build only requires you to maintain Cloak + Inspired Scholarship + Stampede + Blazing Spear → For the rest of the time all you do is beam. 

Rotation

1. Pre-buff with Cloak + Inspired Scholarship
2. [Backbar] Cast Blazing Spear → followed by Stampede 
3. [Frontbar] Cast flail until you have 3 Crux (I recommend getting crux counter addon) 
4. [Frontbar] Cast beam for it's full duration 
5. [Frontbar] Cast flail - you should only need 1 flail to have 3 Crux again after first beam because of Class Mastery on Banner 
6. [Frontbar] Beam again
7. [Backbar] Cast Blazing Spear, followed by Stampede
8. Rinse and repeat → Re-cast cloak and inspired Scholarship when these run out

Variants

Tide-born can be changed for Deadly Strikes - the two sets perform more or less the same

Null Arca can be changed for Ansuul - Ansuul is better for fights requiring more AoE damage

Frontbar dagger can be swapped for lightning staff - personally this gave me worse results
