this build is designed for a simple playstyle!

Why? Quite simple: not everyone has time to perfect game mechanics 40 hours a week. But even here, fluctuations from 40k to 108k DPS—depending on the build variant, boss mechanics, group buffs, or how well you master the build—are completely normal.

Explanation of the playstyle:

Piercing Sweep – healing – good DPS – small AOE – spam if possible

Power of Light – strong passive – DPS trigger – always refresh

Blazing Spear – good AOE DoT DPS with extra effects; if you have Magicka issues, you can also switch to Radiant Shards for the synergy

Shocking Banner gives a solid DPS boost through increased cast speed, hence the listed consumables. Prioritizing speed in the CP tree also helps enormously. This skill is very expensive though, so be careful! Keep it active depending on the situation

Unrelenting Focus also gives a solid DPS boost, but only once the stack is high. It can be perfectly stacked with light attack weaving and doesn’t need to be actively used

Untamed Strike is cheap and extremely strong, even if it doesn’t last long. Prefer using it in boss fights
