2. Use Vampires Bane  - update on cooldown (30 sec)
3. Use Solar Barrage- update on cooldown (20sec)
4. Use Stampede - update on cooldown (15 sec)
5. Use Barbed Trap - update on cooldown (20 sec)

main rotation: 

1. Use 1 x Power of Light
2. Use 3 x Puncturing Sweep 
3. Use 1 x Relentless Focus 
4. Use Soul Harvest on cooldown 
5. Update Vampires Bane, Solar Barrage, Stampede, Barbed Trap on cooldown

execute ( >35%):

1. Use Radiant Oppression 
2. Use Soul Harvest on cooldown 
3. Update Vampires Bane, Solar Barrage, Stampede, Barbed Trap on cooldown
