Rotation (Oakensoul)
Easier, but less damage. An old reliable “Lazy Sorc” build to carry you through solo activities. If you want the highest DPS, you should look at the meta pet build. This build is designed to be as comfortable and easy as possible while maintaining great survivability.
Critical Surge → Unstable Wall of Storms → Shocking Soul → Heavy Attacks → Merciless Resolve's proc (x2).
Weave your Light Attacks.
Use Heavy Attacks whenever you are free from maintaining your rotation. This is your main source of damage.
Refresh Critical Surge and Shocking Soul when they expire.
Cast Unstable Wall of Storms after your Heavy Attacks.
Cast Hardened Ward after your Heavy Attacks if you need extra survivability.
Cast Shooting Star when ready.
Cast Merciless Resolve only if you have 10 stacks so you can cast it twice in a row. Otherwise, don't waste the stacks.
Rotation (Rakkhat)
Much more damage, but more difficult. The Rakkhat Pet build is almost the same, but now we have pets and two sidebar spells to use (other four are here just for permanent buffs).
Critical Surge → Piercing Mark → Structured Entropy → Daedric Prey → Blockade of Storms → pets' abilities → Heavy Attacks.
Use Heavy Attacks whenever you are free from maintaining your rotation. This is your main source of damage.
Refresh Critical Surge, Piercing Mark, Blockade of Storms, Daedric Prey and pets' abilities when they expire.
Structured Entropy is crucial. Recast it every 10 seconds to get Empower.
Cast Greater Storm Atronach when ready.
We don't want to cast Relentless Focus, only using charges at the end of a fight or between rotation cycles.
Other Info
