Build centered around “All-Content” and primarily focuses on Tank Mobility and Survivability. 

“Blood Mist” Alternative for Non-Vampires would be “Ball Of Lightning” from the Storm Calling tree. Morph of “Bolt Escape.”

Blood Mist can be used to traverse a space very quickly, or to cast at your feet and gain healing when dealing with Trash Pulls or on bosses with several adds.

Flex Slots : (Slot Four)

FB Flex Slot is used for the following skills : 

• Soul Burst (Soul Magic) : Used to pull in Targets around you can gain Ultimate on Soul Gem Use (opt for Healing Over Time if you have low soul gems or have Heroism).

• Echoing Vigor (Assault) : Used whenever you are NOT running PA BB and need a reliable Heal Over Time.

BB Flex Slot is used for the following skills :

• Echoing Vigor (Assault) : Used when using PA or when FB Flex Slot is taken up.

• Blood Mist (Vampire) : Alternative to “Lightning Ball” Blood Mist can be used to Traverse distances quickly or when you need to heal while blocking/tanking.

• Lightning Ball (Storm Calling) : Used to traverse far distances and stun enemies you pass through. Can also be used to block projectiles if timed properly.

Total Build Stats (Roughly) :

30,000 Magicka

45,000 - 50,000 Health

25,000 - 30,000 Stamina

1,000 - 1,200 Magicka Recovery

1,000 - 1,400 Health Recovery

600 - 800 Stamina Recovery

NOTE : Try to keep your Stamina LOWER than Magicka, using Dark Deal to restore your Stamina, and Orbs and Shards in order to restore your Magicka.
