Litany of Blood Achievement Guide ESO

Welcome to the Litany of Blood achievement guide for ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). In order to unlock the Litany of Blood achievement, you have to complete your first Sacrament Quest first. Nevusa will give you the Litany of Blood quest. You can find her in the Gold Coast Sanctuary in the room where Speaker Terenus resides in. You will receive the Litany of Blood book which contains cryptic clues about each of your targets. This Guide will help you find all the necessary targets to successfully complete the Litany of Blood Achievement.In order to complete this Litany of Blood Achievement guide for ESO you need access to the Gold Coast Zone, that means you will need to have either the Dark Brotherhood DLC or ESO Plus.

• All targets must be killed using the Blade of Woe, otherwise it does not count.
• The target will be in the city where it should be located. The target can walk through most of the city, so they are never at the same spot.
• The clues in the Litany of Blood are not literal, they have to be interpreted.
• “You will know them by their eye.” All targets will have one white eye, this is the dead giveaway you should be looking for once you find a target that matches the clues.
• You can start the quest after you have progressed to a certain point of the main story. Once that's the case you can talk to Nevusa.
• The people targeted can be killed before the quest is unlocked. If you do this, they will be added to their pedestal and marked as completed in the log when the quest is started.
• There are 15 pedestals, one for each alliance zone. Facing into the room, numbering them 1 to 15 beginning with the closest pedestal on the right and ending with the closest pedestal on the left, numbers 1-5 are the Aldmeri Dominion zones in order, 6-10 are the Ebonheart Pact zones in order, and 11-15 are the Daggerfall Covenant zones in order. This is a good way to track which kills are completed and which ones you are still missing, although checking the Achievement tab in your Journal will also tell you who is left.
• Thirteen of the targets are in the same towns as the respective Outlaws Refuges in their provinces, making it comparatively easy (so long as you can evade guards) to find your way there and pay off any bounty you might incur. The exceptions are in Auridon (Skywatch, rather than Vulkhel Guard) and Malabal Tor (Vulkwasten, rather than Velyn Harbor).
• Be patient and follow you target to a secluded area, so that there's no witnesses.
