What are Quality Gear Levels?

Welcome to the first part of the Quality Gear Level Guide where we look at the basics on what these levels are and where you can obtain them. The follow up guides will showcase what effect the quality levels have on weapons, jewelry and armor. Some players that have over 15 characters make over a hundred thousand (yes, 100k+) each day from simply doing these crafting writs.
