Leveling up Provisioning in the Elder Scrolls Online is a bit tricky, it might take a while the first time because you have to farm ingredients and recipes (or buy them in the guild stores) and figure out how to do it, which will be shown in this guide. However, once you understand the concept of leveling up Provisioning, it will take no more than 10 minutes if you already have all the necessary materials.
Inspiration
Inspiration is the experience you gain to level up all crafting skill lines in ESO. There is only a few ways to increase your actual Inspiration experience.

Recipe Examples of Level 15, 25, 35 and 45 Drink
Here you can find some of the Recipes the Provisioning Guide recommended, you can see a lv 15, 25, 35 and 45 recipe.
You will most likely level up more characters in the future,
so it doesn't matter when you have too many ingredients or recipes,
store them in the bank or on a character so they are ready to use when
you create a new character. If you have ESO+ Membership all ingredients
will get stored in the crafting bag anyway, that way they don't take up
any space. Later you can start doing crafting writs, you will get
increased quality writs when you have all your crafting maxed out and
they can also drop valuable rewards. More about writs in a separate
guide about Crafting Writs.
