Refresh Critical Surge, Shocking Soul and Unstable Wall of Storms when they expire.

Cast Hardened Ward after your Heavy Attacks if you need extra survivability.

Cast Shooting Star when ready.

Other Info

Replace Shooting Star with Suppression Field if you want.

Sets to consider wearing instead of Order's Wrath: Deadly Strike, Storm Master, Tharriker's Strike, Highland Sentinel. If you want the highest DPS, you should look at the meta pet build. This build is designed to be as comfortable and easy as possible while maintaining great survivability.
